Products and specifications

Product descriptions, grades and specifications on this website are indicative. Exact specifications, grades and packaging are confirmed in writing (quotation or order confirmation) before an order is placed.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or 15 days if none is stated. An order is confirmed only once we send a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry or order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the quotation or invoice.

Export and international trade

We supply customers worldwide. For export orders, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping terms (for example FOB or CIF) are agreed per order, and title and risk in the goods pass as set out under those agreed terms. Both parties agree to comply with applicable export control and trade sanctions laws.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images and logos) is owned by Powdrox Advanced Materials or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India.
